Dont want this at all. Cancel cant Offord. Never thought this was a monthly script. Hate that I have to write a book to cancel. Do not charge again. I will call states attorney if this is not taken care of. Look me up. I should not have to go back to bank account to find transaction. Thats your job!

TERRIBLE!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would the most difficult app to use and they make it impossible to get ahold of them or cancel a membership with them!!!!!!!

They said they lowered a bill of $80 to $40 and they take half. So they are taking $20/mth from my checking account. The bill was only lowered by $9/mth. So, my bill went up by $11/mth. What a joke of a company.

I have forgotten my password and have tried to reset my password several months in a row and I have emailed them and no one has EVER contacted me. Yes I did look in spam

I have clicked on forgot password and have tried to contact t them for several months and NO ONE has ever contacted me back and YES I have checked spam multiple times

Money being taken from my checking account

To begin I chose to pay $6.00 per month for the service. They began with $6 the first month. Then Truebill began taking the $6 out multiple times each month. I agreed to having some money deducted for Savings. At first it was $5 -$8 once or twice and now as much as $20. as frequently as every other day. I wouldn't mind as much if I could find the account ledger and see what THEY show for a balance and how I can access this money when I need it. I want to get at my money. Respectfully, Susan Busk

Not the right number

Not the right number. This number is to FDIC. I called the number and it took me straight to FDIC. The lady said if you want to talk to a customer service representative from Truebill you must fill out the information on the website under contact us for information on any account that you may have a Truebill. I was calling to see what if any fees were hidden for the smart savings and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone.

Where is my money going and why cant I cancel. The listed phone number is incorrect. Do not sign up with them

I dont like that I had paid for my phone bill and truebill charged me way more in order to save for the year per negotiation. The customer service person has been persistent on no refund and because of this in convenient matter I no longer want any service from this company.
