Truebill was purchased by Rocket money. If you reference the Truebill url you are redirected to the new company Rocket Money.
Then the Rocket Money site requests all you personal information and you can not get past that screen.
All I want to do is stop their service. Ridiculousdo do not that you can not reference your Truebill account.

Asked them to negotiate my internet bill. They did absolutely nothing.
And charged me $60 for work I already did. They do not reply to emails or phones call.

I have yet to hear from anyone, meanwhile funds are still being transferred to the old app and the account that was hacked.
User's recommendation: How about you customers being able to speak with an actual person when it comes to fraud or hacking.
Wrong Charge
I only downloaded the app...I didn't even sign up yet and I'm already getting charged the yearly subscription fee. So can I please get refunded?

I want to cancel my subscription to true Bill. It does not do what I needed to This app sucks and I've been charged twice in one week.
Once for $9 and once for $8.
I've had this before and I canceled then. I only tried it a second time because it said it was different but it is not.
It sucks Even to cancel or normal subscription they make you jump through a thousand hoops. Cancel subscription and do not charge me anymore

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They still need to fix their IT issues relating to a customer's access of a username/password.
If it needs to change, create a simple thing that they can do.
Otherwise, you will lose customers very fast. They have already lost me..
I have went through the customer chat line, but to no availability. I have tried EVERYTHING, including calling Rocket Mortgage's customer service live agent. Oh, I have tried calling Google as it's through my Gmail account. Which reminds me, why doesn't the company have a call center where live agents can talk to their customers?
Google does and they were NICE.
However, Truebill has the "subscriber does not accept incoming calls at this time."
Lots of people are leaving Truebill because of your business practices. I will join them soon if my issue is not resolved within a week.

They are supposed to keep track of past and upcoming payments of my different accounts. Theyre saying Im being billed twice by several companies.
They say that I have a huge payment coming up and it has already been paid off. THEY DONT GIVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER!!!
My situation is too complicated to deal with using a chat!!! They are so unprofessional!!!

I totally agree with this comment as I have been trying to cancel my true bill account and I keep getting charged every month for it. All I get every month is an email from Truebill even though they have been bought out by the rocket whatever and it states what has gone up on my credit and what is gone down on my credit.
I know what I’ve charged and I know what I’ve paid. I don’t need them to tell me that.
I recommend to whomever reads this to not purchase true bill or their new affiliation. Because, it is a son of a *** to cancel.
